We offer a variety of packages to suit your needs:
Merchant Owned
This relationship will involve you owning the ATM. You are responsible for loading the money and performing all repairs on the machine. Merchant ATM Solutions will provide you with processing of all transactions which includes next business day ACH deposits of all transactions and monthly deposits of service fees. Further we will provide you with 24/7 online monitoring of the machine for any errors or issues with the machine that need to be addressed. Finally, we can provide support via phone for any issues with the machine that you are having trouble identifying.
Merchant Placement
We will provide the ATM. You will be responsible for loading the money (vaulting). We will provide the credit card processing. All cash withdrawals will be deposited in your account next business day with service fees coming in once a month.
We will deal with any major repairs that the machine needs. You the merchant will be responsible for any supplies such as new copy paper and basic troubleshooting of issues which we can assist you with via phone.
Hands-Off
This package is for those merchants who do not want any hassle in dealing with an ATM machine. It provides the benefit of increased cash usage and providing an extra service to customers and allows the merchant to focus on their own business. We can place the machine and deal with all aspects of vaulting, maintenance, repair, etc. The only thing the merchant provide is a spot to place it and a power connection.
Vault Plus
In some instances you may need cash vaulting of your machine. Maybe you need better cash flows or you would rather not have large amounts of cash being handled by a manager of your store or restaurant. We can provide the cash vaulting services for your ATM.
You the merchant will be responsible for maintenance and repairs of the machine. We will keep the ATM filled with cash and provide the processing and monitoring of the ATM. We will also be available for support if you are having trouble with a repair for the machine.
